Here we focus on the basics, such as floating, gliding, breath control and proper body alignment, in preparation for stroke development. In this level, we ensure that each swimmer is comfortable in the water and are able to swim independently and confidently.

At Level 3, we continue building on our foundation and gain further independence by strengthening kicking skills and introducing stroke mechanics.
With newly developed kicking skills and stroke work, in this level students are introduced to proper freestyle and backstroke techniques, strengthening endurance and independence.
